Subtract points from a set of points in PCG graph

I am trying to add a feature to my PCG graph where the meshes aren’t spawned just below the black spline. However instead of that the meshes are only spawning in the white/gray boxes. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but I’d love some help/suggestions on how I can fix it. I am using UE5.4
