Substitute for an Timeline in an Component

So i noticed you cant add an Timeline in an Actor Component thatsa quiet an Problem for me. I have an Train with 3 Inputs Speed up, Brake, and going in Reverse and i Want them to be Smoothly but i dont know how because i cant add an Timeline. Here are my Nodes:

Timelines already are an actor component, apparently. Hence the difficultly.

Timers, curves and interp nodes are still available. So you can roll your own. In the meantime:
