Substance Source is not connecting

when pressed Substance Source button , it dose not connect to library.
window persist with grey background and logo blinking.

Hi, I’ve been having the same exact issue for the last couple of weeks, before that, it was working just fine.
I’, using v. 4.23.0, but I tried with others (4.22.3, 4.11.2 etc) and the result is the same, a grey background and logo blinking every time I try to open Substance Source plugin.
If anyone knows how to fix this, please, let me know,

Bump. Having the exact same issue with three of my colleauges. tried upadting the engine and installing the latest version. 4.23. still not loading. just showing blinking logo

Started getting the same issue since I updated to 4.23. Anyone has a solution?

Hey guys, just in case, I’ve just found a new update for Substance plugin on Epic Games Launcher
(they added it yesterday), I’ve updated it and it works (at least for now), I’m using 4.23.
Hope it works for you too.
