Substance Plugin says 'Unavailable' in the Marketplace

I am trying to install the Substance plugin from the Marketplace for UE4.22, but it says ‘Unavailable’. I own Substance.

Make sure that you shut down the project you are working on then click Install to Engine, I just did it before i answered this question. but to be sure shut down Epic App then restart it and try

That option is not available. I don’t get ‘Install to Engine’, just ‘Unavailable’.

Have you checked your plugins you might already have installed in the Engine
