Substance Painter Normal map format

Should the normal map format, when using Substance Painter, for an iOS project be set to DirectX or OpenGL?

I am not sure if the setting matters when using UE4, as in, does the packaging process manage a DirectX format on its own or do I have to set it when making it?


As long as it looks correct in editor it should look correct in packaged builds. If there needs to be conversion done that should be handled in the cooking step.
