When I cancel subscription, can I later resuscribe or continue subscription?
When it is possible, do I receive all updates released in the time I was unsubscribed?

You can cancel and resubscribe anytime.
When you resubscribe, you’ll get the updates to the engine that happens in the time you are not subscribed.
I hope that answers your questions.
Simply put when you subscribe even if you redo it 100 times you will have the current UE 4 version and all the past ones.
