None of the support emails come through to two of our gmail accounts, if possible can support contact me in a better emailing address (I will not abuse) or completely form-based so we can finish this registration.
All else is FANTASTIC, very happy and really impressed with how the forms for taxation and so on are organized. One of the best I have seen.
But without the tax form pushed through there is no way I can add the credit card for payouts and etc.
I recommend that you do not create deep pipelines, 2-steps max else this happens.
We retried the tax form again and again, in multiple browsers… same anomaly occurs both email and the signee id is rejected.
