Submit for review problem

Summary

When you make a small update to a project that’s already published, it normally triggers the re-approval process. However, it seems there’s an issue with that step.

After clicking to re-submit for approval, a pop-up appears asking whether you want to share automatically or manually. The problem is that this pop-up often freezes after a short delay — sometimes it doesn’t appear at all, and sometimes it takes 10 attempts before the re-submission finally goes through.

This is quite frustrating. I’m honestly afraid to edit my published projects until this issue is fixed.

Im seeing the same thing. Sometimes it submits successfully after a few seconds, sometimes it takes 30 seconds, other times it just quietly fails and closes that little pop-up.

We really need an “update all” button too. Manually going thru every pack > formats > edit > supported version > confirm > submit > wait… and repeat for every single pack with no other changes… it gets painfully tedious.

A few extra details: I did not experience this randomness with submission delays or fails last engine update.
Also, I am using Firefox, and it doesnt appear to matter whether i have extensions or Enhanced Tracking enabled or not.
Refreshing the page or waiting after making an edit doesnt seem to help with the submission either.
Browsing other tabs or sites while its submitting, also doesnt appear to matter.

Same issue, it’s been 20+ days for me and support has been rather unhelpful. They have no tools available on their side to deal with that specific problem and it falls onto the actual FAB dev team to fix the problem… Except they have zero bandwidth to do so.

I’ve been given no ETA.

Hello from 05/12/2025
The bug is not fixed, contacted support & they helped with litteraly nothing !

Hello, I do not want to spam, but I have created a total of 3 support tickets regarding my own issue. Of course, I submitted each of them with a 15-day interval.

However, it seems that the support team did not take this situation seriously. I did not receive any email from them, and the issue was not fixed either.

Please look at the image I added. It has been in this state for exactly 4 months. I cannot make any edits, and I also have no access to my product.

The only solution that comes to my mind is deleting it and publishing it again. But this would mean creating a new page link, and all existing links to this product on the internet would be broken. So this is not a real solution. I had previously sought support on the forum, and they fixed a similar issue on another product within 2 months. This time it has been 4 months, so I wanted to post it on the forum again.

The support team has not gotten back to me for 2 months either. I assume they are very busy. My intention is not to pressure them, but these support response times seem very long. This does not feel right. I am not sure.

I hope you can get a response to your issue through this post. I have been dealing with this for a very long time as well. Hopefully, we can get rid of this error and not experience it again.

Haha, you do not need to come up with a solution like this, my friend. This is entirely the responsibility of the support team. You are not making a mistake, and neither are we. This is a technical issue and a bug. The support team needs to forward this to their software team, and it should be fixed for all commonly used browsers. In addition, the support team should also address and resolve the issues of users who have reported this problem and are affected by it.

@skfabby Hello Abby, could you help us with this issue?
