Its my first time trying to uploding something to the marketplace, so I filled out Product Media, Product Information and Product files and i pressed submit for approval it says “You are about to change the status to Pending Approval. Products in this status will be reviewed by Epic Games for approval of publishing rights. You will not be able to make further changes until product review by Epic Games has been completed. Would you like to continue?” i press continue it saves then nothing happens, status doesn’t change to pending approval
What hurts more? I have a product waiting for approval since last month (30 days) and they don’t seem to be in any hurry! :)) Sorry this did’t help.
I am currently having this issue. I have made multiple attempts to save/submit a new product and all that happens is the page refreshes.
Edit: If I upload ONE image at a time and save between each, it works. But this is rather ridiculous.
