I’m new in fab as publisher. I have one published asset and I want to make an update for it.
But I’m not sure exactly where I have to make the update in the listing section.
Should I have to create new version with that button or edit the existing one?

Hey, you can either edit the same version with a new link, new version, etc. Or even leave it as-is if the link is still the same for the new files. Then any change you made to the files will be processed.
You can also add any new version if you wish to have different files for different engine versions
