TWDU Map Submission keeps getting ERROR rejection with no information why

Summary

My latest submissions keep getting rejected today because of an ERROR. I tried resubmitting an island code three times and got the same error. Then I pushed out a new island code and after two hours waiting for approval I got the error again. What does this mean? There is no information.

Submit build, wait 30 minutes to 2 hours until an ERROR happens

Expected Result

I expect a reason why the error is happening

Observed Result

There is no reason given for the error or why it’s happening.
