I’ve been going back and forth with FAB for like a week now.
Right now it seems like there’s been a problem and a miscommunication over what I’m guessing is how to open a password protected zip file. That happened in the past as well. First I was told the files were corrupted. So I remade the archive. Now it’s that there are no files. I can only guess at this point they were both trying to open it with Windows Explorer. (That tells me no one is protecting their submissions?)
Another reason is because modeling tools plugin is enabled. But that is enabled by default in 5.4+. They’ve been default for a long time.
Another reason was over the file structure, which as far as I know is fine. I submitted 2 assets and one was approved. Same file structure, default plugins, and passwords in both. The one that passed works fine.
Just seems like FAB should know these things, so submissions can go smoother.
