Submission Declined without Feedback

I’ve been publishing Unreal assets on the marketplace for quite some time, and typically, after the review, I receive a “Changes Needed” email. I make the necessary adjustments based on the feedback, and my product is then approved.

Recently, I’ve started experimenting with other formats like Blender, FBX, and OBJ. However, my most recent submission was automatically declined just minutes after submission. I attempted to recreate the listing with a few changes, but it was declined again. Unlike the Unreal assets, I haven’t received any feedback or email detailing what went wrong. Without this feedback, it’s difficult for me to understand the reason for the rejection and make the necessary corrections. How can I fix the asset without knowing what’s wrong with it?

Make sure there no uncommon characters(alphabets) in the title or description.

Try to also add only FBX (as single file pack with textures). When it get passed, you can then add others formats.

I believe i have read somewhere where some latin char causes that kind of problems.

Seconding what @Arodi007 says. You can also always contact the support team for more information and they may be able to help identify whatever the issue was that led to the product being declined. https://support.fab.com/s/?ProductOrigin=FabSupport
