Subject: Request for Direct Assistance – Progression Snapshot Issue

Dear Epic Games Developer Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well. I am reaching out to request direct assistance with my Progression Snapshot issue. Despite reviewing documentation and troubleshooting steps, I have been unable to resolve the problem on my own.

Account Details:

  • Epic Username: edgar1234654
  • Second Account: edgar1234654 pc

Issue Summary: I successfully saved a Progression Snapshot using the EOS_ProgressionSnapshot API, but I am encountering difficulties retrieving, syncing, or verifying the stored data. Unfortunately, I was unable to sync it properly at the time of saving.

Request for Assistance: Would it be possible for an Epic Games employee to assist in syncing the data on my behalf or guiding me through the process? If needed, I am happy to provide additional details or my saved snapshot file for further investigation.

There’s some staff here but mostly people not EPIC staff trying to help eachother. You could tag staff or email them directly if you want a fast (or any) staff response. There are so many questions posted on the forum that without tagging staff they’d probably not see it.
