Our team has registered for the 2026 Epic AI MegaJam through itch.io, and we are excited to participate.
However, we noticed that Türkiye is listed as a restricted jurisdiction in the Official Rules. We would appreciate clarification on the following questions:
- Are developers residing in Türkiye allowed to participate in the game jam even if they are not eligible to receive prizes?
- Does this restriction apply to all prizes, including cash prizes and Development Continuation Grants of up to $50,000 per team?
- Is eligibility determined by the participant’s country of residence, citizenship, or another criterion?
- Is there any official process to request a review or clarification of our eligibility?
We registered before fully understanding the implications of this restriction. We would like to clarify our eligibility before investing significant time and effort into our project.
