SU-BI-CA Error

does anyone know any fix for SU-BI-CA error auth build on my epic launcher?. Because I have tried anything to fix it from following the directions. And nothing is working at all. And I don’t know if it has anything to do with the epic games status. I see that there’s one tab that’s not operational. And that’s the login tab is saying degraded performance. I don’t know if that’s the cause of the SU-BI-CA error problem related. Like my network connection is fine. And my internet is completely working just fine too. And I don’t have my proxy server turned on or anything else. And also I had tried disable the firewall defender too. None of them work at all. Plus it’s been 3 days for me. And plus that before when the SU-BI-CA error happened. The As-3 sign in failed error had popped up in the first place, when I was trying to login my account on Epic Launcher. And I had tried to fix that problem too. And nothing is working. And I had decided to uninstall and reinstall the epic launcher to have a better refreshing start to get me back in. And then it started to be stuck for a very long time of the “Please wait while we start your update” with the error icon under it. And plus it saying “We’re sorry. It looks like we’re having trouble connecting. We’ll continue to retry”.





I actually ran into this error on my old PC. I tried everything to fix it and ended up resetting my entire PC and upgrading to the newer Windows. It just kind of went away after that. But, that’s not really a good solution. What OS are you using and I assume you have plenty of space on the drive?

On my external hard drive, yes. I have plenty of space. And also I’m in Windows 11

Have you tested this on your internal drive, by chance? Odd thing to ask. But, I’ve saw some issues similar to this from externals before. (NOT saying that’s the issue. Just wondering if you’d try it that way)

yes, like multiple times. I keep uninstalling. And reinstalling epic launcher onto my external drive. But that’s not the solution to fix the problem anyways. So at this point, I just give up. I’m just not using the epic launcher anymore for now. By the way, I had check the epic games status. And it was showing and saying one tab is not unable to log-in using Facebook credentials. And I don’t know if it has anything to do along with the SU-BI-CA error on my epic launcher that can’t able to be opened and load in. Because I had also read and search that google was showing and saying that if my epic launcher is having connection issues. It could be related to the epic games status website. And have to make sure that all of the status tabs are saying operational. And which some all are. But expect the login that’s saying “Degraded Performance”. and I don’t know if I should wait to see whenever that can be fixed or not. So I don’t know

I’m sorry. I know it’s a frustrating thing to run into. I don’t want to recommend what I did to fix mine due to it being a full wipe and if doesn’t fix the issue, that’s a lot of wasted time. (The facebook issue shouldn’t have anything to do with the error)

Actually. I think I kinda found the problem of what’s causing my epic games launcher and roblox studio not connecting to my internet. I think it has something to do with the dns cache issue. But I kept following the video tutorial of how to clear the dns cache. But nothing is working with it at all. I also had restart the router internet by unplugging it for like 1 minute. And when I plugged back in. nothing still worked. So I got no other ideas to fix of this connection issue to some of my apps like roblox, GitHub, and epic games launcher at all. I give up. By the way I had to use an vpn called fiddler to install the epic launcher back. Which it work. But it slow down alot of my internet. So I had deleted it. But I got epic launcher installed back tho. But still no connection at all what so ever. So I give up. And it’s been like 2 weeks ago since from the first day of November it happened
