I have the same Issue. Just got an OLED laptop (Win 11) and just to prevent burn in, I set the taskbar to auto-hide but things when stuttering in the UE editor both 4.26 and 5.4.
Same thing happens to Blender but still usable as I recon it is due to the 1~2 pixel offset issue in Windows.
