Students in my game design class are not receiving their verification codes, do you have a timeframe or alternative solution?

All students are assigned a gmail account created by the school district. Could this be the issue holding us back from getting a log in? I have utilized the UE4 for three years now without having an issues not receiving a verification code.

I only responded because I noticed the services were acting up today. Wish I could help, sorry.

They initially attempted to sign up at the beginning of the week Oct.19 &20. We are still waiting on verification codes to proceed.
