Stuck on Trader Verification

I have been stuck on trader verification for several days now. I get the following message:
Congratulations, you’ve completed this portion of Trader Verification.
“We will review your submission and contact you to verify your email address and complete your registration. This process can take up to 48 hours. If you do not see a message from us within that timeframe, please check your spam filter.”

I have been checking every day for a week, including spam. I have attempted to send a support ticket, but have not heard back (I also sent a support ticket because I want to change the email on my contact, and haven’t received contact about that either). I am concerned that the emails aren’t coming in.

Help?

I’m in the same situation. Been waiting for days and no response on my support ticket either. Hope they get to us soon!

Same for me, have been waiting since 28th of February. Not so epic.

Have you heard anything yet?

I STILL haven’t gotten this fixed. Do any of the developers for Epic store visit this and can help? I am starting to run out of time before I need to release

Same problem, registered on March 11, today it’s March 16 and there is no letter

I’m sharing how I decided this, the whole point was my lack of attention, I just didn’t notice the letter that was sent to me. 1) First check the email in spam, look at all messages in the spam tab, the message looks like this Hello,

Thank you for registering to be a seller on the UE Marketplace. Please respond to this email to confirm that this is your email address, and we will proceed with the trader verification process.

after you find the letter, you MUST REPLY to this LETTER for the verification to go through. You can write that you are the seller and it was you who created this seller account and your email

If you really can’t find the letter, write uemarketplacesupport@epicgames.com here and describe the problem, please check whether the letter has actually arrived by email, indicating the email to which you opened the seller’s account
