i cant login to most services and especially eoshelp.epicgames.com
due to this error in the picture, im stuck on it

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.
I tried turning on various permissions, clearing the cookie, but without effect
same, i hope someone from the official support staff see this
