Summary
Trying to upload (and publish) another product on Fab.
Been doing this all week, and it’s been fine every day until now…
Added the format ‘fbx’ to the listing, as it’s the main component of the Product, and uploaded a .zip, as I have typically been doing.
Issue now is that it’s stuck on “Extracting technical information…” with no way to progress to edit the technical details, which I usually see after a short moment.
Closing the page, refreshing, deleting the format and reselecting fbx → upload gets me stuck right back there at extracting.
Anticipated Question:
Q: What formats are you including?
A: A .ZIP holding: .PNG Textures, .FBX meshes, and a .TXT Text file.

Steps to Reproduce
Publish → Listings → Create New Listing → Add New Format (FBX) → Next → Uploaded a .ZIP File (Select File) → Confirm → Upload Progress (0-100%) → Extracting technical information… (Forever).
Expected Result
Having another Product uploaded, and Published. Adding to my Store quantity.
Observed Result
Blue loading circle, looping animation, duration unending.

• URL is obviously my product listing, so redacted the listing code where relevant; breaking it.
• You can give me the Email Address to send the .ZIP to the relevant Support Team to test the upload and/or inspect the integrity of the file(s).
