Stuck at verifying 4.7.3

I have tried every answer I found in the hub and it won’t work. I deleted the UE_4.7live folder and it still didn’t work. The next time I deleted both the vaultcache and the UE_4.7live folder, but no luck there…

I have tried to log in and out and rebooted the computer… No luck there either

Hi ImperiumPandemonium,

Could you please try the suggestions in this section of the troubleshooting guide?

If nothing works, please post your system specs and follow the steps towards the bottom of that page to generate your Debug Logs. Then post them here.

After a reboot of a failed verify, my head-project won’t open up, it just freezes. This has happened 4 times already.
I will try the steps in the troubleshoot guide

The troubleshooting guidelines did not do a thing. Still stuck but now it’s stuck at resuming and not verifiyng.

Don’t forget to upload your Debug Logs. They will help us determine what is going wrong.

I have a debuglog that is 12 mb large from 3 hours earlier also

I fixed everything by myself, just needed some time with the log files.

If you have time, please feel free to go into detail on how you fixed the issue. If any other users have a similar problem it may be useful.

Cheers,

TJ

Before it started to crach and freeze I had downloaded some free assets with a demo project to try online and added it to my content folder (in my 4.6.1 project, but not through migrating). Some large files must have had corrupt references when trying to load, so it froze.

The last 2 crashreports I had gotten before it came to the point that it just froze. I saw these imported assets and blueprints being referenced somewhere in the report. Then I went inside the content folder and deleted every files I had added and it worked perfectly.
