Stuck at tax interview: Cannot complete process, manually have to send W-8IMY form

Hello,

I’m trying to complete the Fortnite Developer Program, however I’m stuck at the tax interview.
We’re a foreign partnership, meaning I have to setup a buisness tax profile. When I try to complete the tax interview, the system tells me that I have to send a W-8IMY form to Epic Games in the US, and that it cannot proceed digitally.
I’ve send the W-8IMY ~2.5 weeks ago, but I cant find any information on how to proceed.
Epic Games Support tells me to complete the tax interview, which I cant (see screenshots)- It always circles back telling me to send the W-8IMY, and “Next” button does not work.

What can I do here?
How can I find out, if the W-8IMY has been received/is being processed? What’s kind of wait time do I have to expect until epic has done the paper work(days, weeks, months)? Will my tax profile automatically update, will I get an email?

Any insight to this process would help me and calm my nerves
