Stuck at Push to Stage

We have an Offer that we are unable to push to stage because it is stuck in draft status.

We’ve filled out everything that is required but it is saying that the General Details aren’t completed, thus not getting the check mark, and keeping it in Draft status so that it can’t be pushed to stage.

Is someone able to help please?

Hey Isokron,

Once again, we would like to thank you for your patience with us. It seems that you may have run into a small bug that caused the tool not to register. the General Details portion was completed. Our team has taken a look and has fixed this issue. You should be good to go to push your product to Stage!

Here’s a great tip if you run into this situation again or need the tool re-evaluated. Make a quick change in the affected section. In this case:

  1. Select General Details
  2. In the Short Description box, add a character (or type a short word)
  3. Hit save, then go back to remove the added characters
  4. Hit save again

This essentially re-configures the tool to recognize that changes have been made and completed.
