I am First time Using Unreal Engine While downloading engine it just stuck at please wait…here s screenshot

in already follow step at [This Page][2] it dosent work…

i am from india and using win 7 64 bit please help

Try the excepted answer in this post.

If you still can’t download an engine version, follow the steps in this section to generate your debug logs. Post them here along with your Dxdiag.

Thank you For Reply I tried EveryThing on Answer Post too but it dosent work heres my log link text

The logs you posted look to be your standard logs. Did you follow the steps in the link I provided to generate your Debug logs?

I believe you are experiencing this error for a couple of reason. First, you will need to download Windows Service Pack 1. It is an update that is required so the Launcher and Editor will work properly. This should fix the issue and allow you to download the editor.

Second, you’re graphics card only supports up to Directx 10 and Directx 11 is recommended in order to run the editor. You maybe able to open and run the editor but performance will likely be limited. Your RAM is also a bit low.

Here is what we recommend:

  • Desktop PC with Windows 7 64-bit or a Mac with Mac OS X 10.9.2 or later

  • 8 GB RAM

  • Quad-core Intel or AMD processor

  • DX11 compatible video card
