I’m trying to set up an account to migrate my Sketchfab models to Fab before the deadline. However, I am stuck with the trader verification part. No matter which option I clicked, there was a message “We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later.” I have been trying it for the past 2 days and still can’t proceed to the next page. I am still waiting for Support to respond. In the meantime, any suggestions on possible ways to resolve this issue?
Hi @Artssionate . In some cases this is related to a bug that was recently resolved.
If you haven’t yet heard back from support, please submit a ticket at https://support.fab.com/s/?ProductOrigin=FabSupport (note “FabSupport” at the end of the URL - previous links with “Fab” wouldn’t get things where they needed to go
