i just installed unreal engine 5.0.1 added to my project industry prop 6 and then tried to load the map from it and its been stuck for few hours now
I’m on 5.02 and I get the same problem. So far the only workaround I’ve found is to force quit UE and try again.
Found solution on reddit, Shaders are being compiled in the background. Waiting for them to finish solved the prob for me.
An easy solution for this is to restart the editor, open Project Settings->Maps and Modes and set the default editor map as desired. When you restart the editor again, it will open the level instantly.
