One solution that i found out is that I noticed my Monitor’s refresh rate, and it was at 60hz,
and for that reason it was being capped at 60 fps because vsync would be turned ON and it was being capped by Monitor’s refresh rate.
Solution:-

Just increase your Monitor’s refresh rate to increase fps and match to your Monitor’s display HZ.

turn OFF your vsync from your Editor Preferences, search enable vsync and uncheck it.
