My solution involved those steps
plus:
in Nvidia Control Panel
making sure that Nvidia
in general
or if is some specific settings for an app like Unreal
max frames is off
and
vsync is off
Also battery boost in Nvidia Geforce deactivated.
My problems started after I try to use Unreal while on a flight and battery finished. Now everything is fine.
