Struggling with a bug with ragdoll and animations

What happens:

Bug occurs in Unreal Engine 4.15. It begun after implementing ragdolls.

Destructible meshes (or any other actors with physics asset set as “none”) mimic animations of a character before ragdoll kicks in.

When actor having a physics asset is grabbed onto scene, all actors with physics asset set to “none” blink for a split second. It looks like for a moment they become physics assets and then return to normal.

We’ve tried everything. No success. Any help appreciated!
