A monster thread but there are some work arounds to make the project cook. Either renaming variables or recreating structs.

Unknown structure Error When Cook

Still an issue in 5.3.1. In my case, when I recompiled the blueprint of the problem, the packaging was completed. However, this does not mean that the editor shows compilation errors.
