Stride warping but not in anim bp

So i want a walking animation to hold various gait cycles aka stride length that i can bake out to VATs.

Currently ive tried to alter an animation for this by hand but is very time consuming and i am by no means an animator so looks poor.

What i would love to know is there a programmatical approach to this that i can do to at least gain the required anim sequence for baking or some way i can do this on the vat.

Or does someone know how i can bake out anim bp data to a sequence?

I figured work around so for anyone who gets stuck like me you can use sequencer to create your custom logic animation blueprint and bake it to an anim sequence which you can then bake to VATs hopefully this helps someone else
