Stretched out texture on a few places on mesh after importing from 3dsMax

Hi,

For last 36 hours, I couldn’t solve this problem and it’s driving me crazy.
I’ve created a low poly model in Max. Applied two textures, one is Concrete Cement and the other one is Simple Tiles, with Multi-Sub-Object Material. Applied Unwrapped UVW modifier.
And the result is as I’ve expected.

But after importing the mesh into UE4(4.21.2)as FBX, the Textures started to Stretched Out, on some places, I’ve tried using XForm and many other methods but nothing seems to have worked.

I would love if someone points me into the right direction.

Did you get this to work? I have the same issue. Looks fine in Max… but bit of my mesh on UE4 are stretched…
