Stretch and pull MESH with velocity and or bones

So, i’m working on a physics based Combat project with “Avatar” style combat, Bending and stuff. I already have Earth and Fire, I’m trying to figure out water. I would like to be able to hold a “Bubble” of water (Witch I already have) and it to stretch with the velocity i throw it in. Here’s what i’m trying to accomplish. Avatar Element Animation - YouTube

I right now I have a ball with bones mapped to them. I tried messing with constraints, but I cant seem to get the desired result, it just freaks out when i get to stretching.

I would like to make it with a mesh, not particles if possible. If not I totally understand.

So I figured it out. It needs a “Trail Controller” node in the anim blueprint. This might not be the most reliable, but it works for now.
