Streaming Virtual Texture's are blurry

Hello, i’ve been having an issue with virtual textures, in that if either I create a landscape with Virtual Textures, or if I import assets with virtual textures, they always appear blurry? I can get away with maybe 10-20 assets, but if I bring 1 more in, all of them go blurry.

I tried looking at the Valley of the Ancients demo, and noticed they did not have this problem, but couldn’t come up with a solution.

I would love to be able to utilize a virtual texture workflow, however this is one hurdle I just cant seem to get over.
