Streaming level vs open level for optimization. Loading race tracks

I’m loading a race track and currently using level streaming with a procedural map. I’ve encounter lag spikes while testing and wondered if it’s caused by this. While checking the profiler it shows at the procedural level is causing issues (Not that I really think that I know how to use the profiler correctly)

The tracks do have a pretty big landscape and the camera is basically isometric and looking down
