Strategy game map


I’d like to create a map used in strategy games and mobas, where only the things seen by your teammates/units are highlighted.

I know, that with SceneCapture you can render the map on a texture, but how can that texture be updated with what to show?

Go into the marketplace and download the strategy game template. It has a minimap that should match what you need.

Yes, it uses the SceneCapture, only it is disabled to update. But I want to know, if there is a way to alter that image so that it shows only what can be seen by other players/spectators.
Or do I have to code it completely?
