Strange Warping when making a Cloth Asset from a Skeletal Mesh

I have this issue i have been unable to solve for the last couple of days, would be greatful if anyone knows what to do or can atleast point me in the right direction. Im a software engineer but very new to Unreal. To answer any other questions. The model was made in blender and i am following this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l6adjxlPRfo

So heres a preview of the Skeletal mesh with weights assigned, it looks great.

But when i make a Cloth asset it turns up like this

I have searched alot and all ive found saying that some vertexes might be too close, ive checked, and i also did the blender merge by distance.

This is made to fit a metahuman character perfectly so its sized as such.

Help. Anyone?

I found the issue by brute forcing different combinations. Blender Solidify seems to be the issue, from what i understand, a cloth thickness (0.01, anything larger and it doesnt look like cloth anymore, more like armor) isnt sufficient thickness for the cloth asset to get the vertices properly.
