Strange shading on dynamic objects

I have some trouble with my dynamic doors baked and imported from maya. The shading looks incorrect and i dont know why, i think its somehow scene related because in other scenes it looks good with the same workflow…


If it’s dynamic then it shoudln’t be baked

thank you, how i can exclude them from baking? i use static spotlights for now

If you drop a skeletal mesh in there it won’t bake by default. Otherwise if it’s a static mesh then you need to set it to Movable in the properties.

there is no movable option because i use the doors as an animation sequence with an trigger on it for the opening animation…
