Strange Moire artifact on static meshes

I’m detecting an odd pattern that only shows up in Detail Lighting mode on static meshes at distance. They look like elliptic distortions. Mip maps are turned on and I have no idea what’s causing this. I’m using Lumen and dynamic lighting only.
