Strange Mesh Behaviour after going through TurboSmooth Subdivision Surface

I am having a problem with weird mesh appearance when interacted by physics.
This problem took place only after I processed my mesh through 3ds Max, and the only change I made there is I applied the TurboSmooth Subdivision Surface Modifier.
So here is a screenshot of physics working on my mesh before TurboSmooth:

And here is one after TurboSmooth:
(don’t pay attention to the shadow)

I am totally noob about 3ds Max and about whole 3D modeling thingie, so please make the response in a manner of step by step instruction, if you could.
