Strange Crash Error After Changing Project Settings

Hello all! =)

I had problems display my static meshes so I decided to play around with some options in Project Settings and when I tried to load it up again it crashed and keeps on crashing everytime I try to load my project. I’ve already googled it and tried a few suggestions, which none of them worked. =(

Is there a way to set Project Settings to default without having to launch the Unreal Engine? Or am I missing something else. Here is my log. As you can see, that near the top of the log it says I’m missing some .dll files. Please help someone? =/
