Strafing and Backward running/walking animations for prototyping?

Hi all,

I’m new to the unreal engine (coming from unity) and I’m really enjoying the blueprint system so far! Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew a site where I could get basic strafing and backward animations for walking and running (preferably free) that I could use for prototyping (as I am not a skilled animator yet)? If anyone knows where I would be able to get these animations that would be appreciated. Thanks.

Take a look at the free animation starter pack which you can find on the marketplace -> it includes many animations (also a backward walking anim + some sideward animations)
