Stories: The Path of Destinies blueprint/textures question

I would like to know is this 2d game using 3d characters or full 3d isometric custom blueprint ?
Which blueprint to use and how to texturize good style ?

Its a fully 3d game with a custom post process if i remember correctly. (I would ask but peeps are eating lunch)

It’s fully 3D with a few things to give the illusion that it’s 2D. The characters have an unlit shader with a fake shadow projected onto them - the environments are light with lots of colors and contrasts, but toned down in details - there’s a post process on top of everything to give the feeling of paper. The general direction was to try to do like those old cartoons shows where the characters and backgrounds were done with different tools and styles.

How are platforms/leveles handled and streamed ?
