Store name and number in scoreboard after pressing Enter?

Basiclly I have a virtual keyboard that start in the beginning of the game, Player should place his/her name to regiester name and nnumber, how can I store it in a scoreboard when ending and I need when someone presses Enter on the Virtual Keyboard, it regiesters the info and brings you to the next level.

You should store it in your GameInstance, it survives between levels and was made for this exact purpose.
