Hello!
Playing about today I’ve made a quick little level that involves corridors and shooting out the walls to progress. Genre-defining stuff. I’ve made destructible meshes for the walls that I want to be breakable and can successfully destroy them with the projectile in the First Person Template. However I can also destroy them simply by walking into them. I’ve tried everything I can think of, tried countless variations of the destructible’s settings, its physics and every other option available, and scoured the web for some solution. I just cannot find any way to make the walls not explode when the character touches them.
If anybody can provide any insight into this it would be greatly appreciated. Not holding out much hope as there were some similar but very old posts on other forums that seemed to remain largely unsolved.
