Sticky Lips setup or simulation in Unreal

I am creating a animated short using unreal, now What I am looking for two things one is cape simulation like on in batman games and other is sticky lip setup. So in this forum I really want to ask help for sticky lip simulation (by the way if you have link to batman cape tutorial please share it). You know when we talk in real life we have saliva in our mouths and lip stick together when we are talking one of the key things that make us look realistic. So how can I simulate these things in facial animation. Any Idea
