Sticky Character Movement When Turning Fast

Hi!

I have this effect on my character when I am turning fast and running, for some reason turning while running fast has a slight delay in changing the direction of velocity causing some “sticky” looking movement. This is enhanced by running diagonally.

Any suggestions?

Hey there @Glyphrr! Are you using the standard character class? If so this is likely braking deceleration.

Hi thanks for replying, yes I am using the standard class

I’ve tested the breaking deceleration values from 0 - 5000, nothing seems to change
