I have a stereo rig with good intrinsic lens calibrations for each camera and a known baseline. The angle between the cameras is not perfect however.
It would be great if RealityCapture could support stereo systems and figure out (via bundle adjustment) what the subtle angular error between the two cameras are.

Not sure if you are looking for a workaround, but if you shoot an ideal scene with, say, 50 stereo pairs and align them properly, then you should be able to extract the info. At the same time you can see if RC comes up with the same calibration.
