Step Sequence Player to trigger Saw Wave / Additive Synth

Hello,

I am using Unreal 5.4.2.

I have a meta sound that uses ‘Trigger to Music Transport’ and ‘Metronome MIDI Clock Generator’ nodes to control a ‘Step Sequence Player’ node. I am then using the MIDI Stream output to trigger a patch on the fusion sampler.

My question is, how do I use the step sequence player to control for example a Saw Wave?

You can feed the MIDI stream into a MIDI Note trigger and then use the MIDI note # and convert it to a Frequency. Like so:
